Nuestra Convención Anual 2024 tendrá lugar del 30 de septiembre al 3 de octubre en el hotel Embassy Suites by Hilton Ontario Airport, 3663 East Guasti Road en Ontario, California.
¿Qué día y hora comienza?
La apertura de la convención es el lunes 30 de septiembre a las 3:15 pm. Si usted viene por primera vez, lo invitamos a que llegue temprano y asista a la reunión con nuevos miembros de 2:45-3:15 pm.

¿Cuándo es el banquete?

When and where is the convention?
Our 2024 Annual Convention will take place September 30-October 3 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Ontario Airport, 3663 East Guasti Road in Ontario, California.
What day and time does it begin?
The opening of the convention is Monday, September 30 at 3:15 p.m. If this is your first time attending, we encourage you to arrive early and attend the meeting with new members from 2:45-3:15 pm.
What day and time does it end?
The convention closes with the celebration of Holy Mass at noon at a local parish. Lunch will be provided at 1 pm for those who wish to stay. The convention agenda for Thursday still includes prayer, a talk, and Mass.
What does my registration fee include?
The $500.00 convention registration fee includes your 2024-2025 Annual Membership Fee, conferences, meals, and ticket to El Buen Pastor Banquet.
How do I make hotel reservations and what is the rate?

Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotel?
Embassy Suites by Hilton Ontario Airport is located a half mile from Ontario International Airport (ONT) and offers a free shuttle that will take you to and from the airport.For those wishing to arrive at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), limited transportation will also be available, but only if you arrive between 10 am and 2 pm on Monday, September 30. If you arrive outside of this window, you will need to secure your own transportation. Email your itinerary to [email protected] as soon as you book your flight!
What should I bring?
Bring comfortable clothes (Ontario in October is characterized by sunny days with low rainfall, with high daytime temperatures around 83°F/28°C and cool nighttime temperatures around 55°F/13°C), your alb for the daily celebration of the Holy Mass, and clerical formal wear for the banquet. We will provide a commemorative stole.
Any other requirements?
The Diocese of San Bernardino, like all dioceses in the US, requires a Letter of Good Standing for participation in our convention. Please emphasize that you are coming to participate in the 34th Annual Convention of the Asociación Nacional de Sacerdotes Hispanos. The letter should be mailed to:
When is the banquet?
El Buen Pastor Banquet will be held on Wednesday, October 2 at 8:00 pm at the hotel. The banquet is formal, so we recommend you wear a suit and clerical shirt.
What is the theme of the convention?
This year’s theme is The Priesthood is Alive - El Sacerdocio está Vivo.
Will there be time to explore the city?
The board of directors will provide two or three suggestions of places to visit, and an organized tour is possible.
Unfortunately, I have to cancel. Can I get a refund?
Requests for refunds must be made in writing before September 15, 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that date. All refunds, less a $25.00 processing fee will be issued after the convention.
I cannot attend the convention this year; how can I continue to support ANSH?
You can join or renew your membership by filling out the registration form and choosing the second registration option “Membership Only”. The $100 annual membership fee goes a long way in supporting ANSH mission. You or any parish or ministry group can also donate any amount to ANSH any time by sending a check made out to ANSH to our offices.
