About Our 2024 Convention

1. BOOTH SPACES. All sponsorship packages include a booth space which consists of a 6' table and two chairs. For those wanting only a booth space, the booth rental fee is $500.00. There will be a charge of $125.00 per additional table. Space is limited and must be reserved and paid for on a first come, first served basis no later than Friday, September 6, 2024.

2. BOOTH STAFFING. Authorized representatives are encouraged to staff booth(s) during all hours of the convention. Vendors/exhibitors/sponsors are asked to be at the event for the four-day period when the convention is open for the attendees. A non-staffed booth is totally at the risk of the vendor/exhibitor/sponsor.

3. SETUP AND TEAR DOWN POLICY. The 2024 ANSH Convention will be held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Ontario Airport, 3663 E. Guasti Rd., Ontario, CA 91761. Vendors/exhibitors/sponsors may set up their booths beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024. All vendors/exhibitors/sponsors must tear down their booths by 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 3, 2024. Please note: Hotel does not allow lit candles, confetti, or glitter. 

4. PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS. Vendors/exhibitors/sponsors wishing to include any business cards, promotional materials, or gifts in the priests’ welcome bags must deliver items to ANSH staff no later than 9 a.m. Monday, September 30, 2024. Any items not delivered by this deadline can be placed on tables or given away at individual booths. Items may be shipped to the hotel to be received no earlier than two (2) days prior to the start of the event to:

5. SAFETY PROVISIONS. Electrical wiring and equipment must meet the standard electrical codes. All costs for electrical equipment (cords, power strips, etc.) that are supplied by the hotel will be borne by the vendor/exhibitor/sponsor.

6. LODGING.  Vendors/exhibitors/sponsors may make room reservations by calling Embassy Suites by Hilton Ontario Airport at 1-800-HILTONS, directly at 909-605-0281 or online. Use group code CES90I for a special rate of $219.00 per night. Deadline for room reservations: Sunday, September 15, 2024.

7. CONVENTION REGISTRATION. All sponsorship packages include daily meals and tickets to El Buen Pastor Banquet. For those only choosing a booth space, the cost of meals and ticket(s) to the banquet is not included. If you would like to participate in the meals and banquet, there is an additional fee of $150.00 per representative. 

8. CONVENTION PROGRAM. All sponsorship packages include a full page ad in the 2024 Convention Program. For those choosing only a booth space, your company or organization will receive one (1) 1/8 page ad in the program. If you would like a larger ad, it may be upgraded as follows:

    1/4 page ad: +$250.00               1/2 page ad: +$500.00               Full page ad: +$1,000.00

All artwork must be delivered to [email protected] no later than Friday, September 6, 2024. If you do not have artwork, we will be happy to create an ad for you. If your registration form is not received by this deadline, we cannot guarantee that your ad will be included in the program.

9. VENDOR/EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the person/legal entity described as “Exhibitor” in this clause and in this exhibitor contract (regardless whether such person/legal entity is also described as “Exhibitor” in this contract) hereby assumes full responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Embassy Suites by Hilton Ontario Airport (“Hotel”) and Hotel’s owners, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, “Hotel Parties”), as well as Asociación Nacional de Sacerdotes Hispanos, EEUU (ANSH) (“Group”), from and against any and all claims or expenses arising out of Exhibitor’s use of the Hotel’s exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither the Group nor the Hotel Parties maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property.
